This was back in January, but he talks about when he will manage his next club. Very level headed, very to the point, very intelligent:
Best of: Jose Mourinho "The Special One"*
I like me this man very much! Dont think many realize how lucky we are to have him.
*ffs can't post any links, keeps coming up with this sh!t

12 minute mark he talks about Pochettino, someone in the comments mentions he hints at the Spurs job at 14 minutes

6:30 onwards talks about managers buying players they like, at the begin talks about when you join a club as manager you always make sure you know what the Club wants.
He talks about winning trophies and finishing 6th was way more important (better) than coming 2nd in the league. He says without a doubt

Somewhere he mentions the pundits dont know him as a person, only what they see on the screen, pre-match/post-match. Later onwards towards the end talks why some people hate him (he mentions "passion" vs "emotional control". He says he has achieved everything on his own, he emphasized that "I am not part of the tribe".
He talks a lot about in game tactics and the game plan.
*you're welcome MoreSpurs, just trying to catch up with this so called "Special One". Considering this was back in January with no hint of him joining us like he did it is unbiased. But I genuinely feel like we have a Master now as a Manager. Seriously, this is the big time for us now *if all this goes to plan of course

He was always complimentary about Spurs in his pundit work and tipped us to challenge for the title, so he obviously sees something in us that he likes.
He was clever in subtly letting people know he would be interested in the Spurs job, and Levy fell for it hook line and sinker.

Just watching his 40 minutes "first press conference" at Tottenham. He talks about "Daniel Levy's Vision"
Now this "vision" is evident to see. Put in context the new stadium itself is a statement on a grand scale. And remembering back to the opening day of the new stadium Levy's public Press Statement he talked about Spurs becoming "the best/biggest team in Europe".
I guess it's like if we were to buy a new Lamborghini or Ferrari. Well that's a statement, but we might feel like something just isn't quite right so after a short time we add a complimentary accessory and splash out on a dapper suit. Now we are really rolling. NOW the car feels right.
Levy ain't no mug.
Mourinho ain't no mug.
And they are OUR chairman and OUR club's manager. Only in our right mind we should be over the moon!
Well I am already. And pretty soon, we all will be too. Boys... this is it. Be ready!

So does Pep.
Surely if you love football, you're bound to love the way we played for most part in the last 4 years at least.
Poch has left us a great legacy
I am all for doing research and this is great to get further insight into the man Jose.
He's shown quite a lot of respect to Spurs and the players.

To be fair Billy, lots of managers would have been interested in the Spurs job.
