Wasted on the right wing, we missed him in the middle.

What part of: It's "in the public domain" is hard for you to comprehend?
It's been made public therefore the judge might have seen it - the word "might" infers a likelihood of probability that any lawyer would use to suggest that the case has been compromised.
If, on the other hand, it's a pack of lies once again because it's in the public domain the judge might have seen it, see above.
Case screwed - Mr (not proven guilty) Redknapp free to do what he wishes be it England or THFC.
You do realise that the more times that the content of your post is made public it makes it more likely that Mr Redknapp will be found not guilty?

I just realised that I had money transferred from America to the UK via another country once
Oh no, I might share a cell with Mr Redknapp

The money from America is from a company Mandaric is a director of, many payments from this company has been made to Portsmouth employees.
This is a large some of money, unaccounted for why Redknapp received it, sending it to Monaco then England avoiding tax.
He needs to provide evidence to why he received the large amount of money that would avoid tax otherwise he will be found guilty.

Hang on - you said that the documents can't effect the case so what documents are you referring to
Tell me, have you studied law and do you actually know what you're talking about , ever - and I do mean ever?

Just the document that is a court order sent to a Florida court asking for information and just shows the amount of money Harry received.
I know certain evidence can effect cases but this is stuff that the public has known about for a long time.
And I'm not stupid
But he obviously hasn't been able to give firm evidence of the money he received is legit otherwise the court case still wouldn't be happening. As I've said before Mandaric has only claimed 1 payment was investment but there are 3 payments all together.

"And I'm not stupid" - based upon what evidence?
Perhaps you might like to educate us as to when the case is to be heard (links to verifiable sources please)

One would have thought that 5 minutes might have been long enough to provide an answer

Hi DC, having fun?
From what I heard he had his preliminary hearing earlier this month, the actual trial will go ahead in May some time - almost certainly Harry's solicitor got that one sorted out.
My gut tells me they'll be found guilty, but all doo doo's has done so far is repeat the allegations. Proof of guilt happens in court.

I only watched the second half but I agree Modric is most effective from centre midfield. Modric must play there against Arsenal. In addition, when Bale was not left midfield BAE seemed uncertain what to do, he was looking for the ball down the line but it was not on. I don't think right midfield suits Luka but he is a world class player so can do a decent job there. If Lennon is availiable he should start and that means moving Luka inside to replace either VDV, Sandro or Parker. Luka can dictate a game, to do that you need to be central not wide right.
