Yep - I felt when he left us he's got a chance of becoming a top manager.
Great guy and I hope he succeeds. Hopefully with us, taking us in to our first ever champions league

After Charltons finish last season, this looked unlikely.
Fair play and well done to him and the Charlton squad.
Big crowd too! The fans must be enjoying watching his and their team this season.
