His boot did come off, pretty clear when he was receiving treatment and from the replays.

Listen you can dress it up anyway you like, he knew what he was going.

To be fair there were so many Celtic players on the deck faking injury in the last 20 minutes of the cup final it is difficult to remember what supposedly happened to whom.
