Following our win on weds resulting in Villa away in 2 leg semi final, the fixture list has produced a situation that i cannot remember happening ever before.
Three consecutive home games in one week, starting on jan 4 Wigan in FA cup ,then Villa midweek, then Southampton at home.
Cant ever recall this situation happening before, but is an exciting situation to be in, and shows how far we have come in recent months.
So want to see this team at Wembley,and better still in Champions league next season.
We have so much to look forward to.

We're going to get a busy January now by the look of things. I really can't see beyond a full reserve team being put out for Wigan at home. Let's hope they don't fancy it either.

i just got ticket to take my 6yo grand daughter for first time to Wigan game. If Vardy not playing she will kick off!!

I know it happened in 1992 where we beat Sunderland, Barnsley and Tranmere in one week - 8th,11th & 15th April.

The Barnsley one was on my 12th birthday (think 3-1), was a great birthday week watching 3 wins in 7 days :D
