Will Spurs be made an example of

over the alleged racism at today`s game. Other clubs have had the same happen at their grounds, but only been dealt fines. Knowing Spurs, and how Spursey things get for them, I expect a points deduction and ground closure.

What should be the punishment? Other clubs have just been fined, so expect the same for Spurs. Obviously if the culprits are identified and are found to be guilty, then a lifetime ban has to be enforced.

Just so we are clear I’m on the side that innocent until proven guilty.

So I’m totally on Son side after being racially abused and is happy the person is being dealt with by the authorities ( btw well to the Chelsea supporters for stepping in to stop it ) and if Rudiger allegations come true then I’ll be backing him too.

Atm the club and police investigation haven’t come up with anything

So you doubt the word of the abused player. Probably hoping that it’ll be HIM on trial.

How depressing.

No I’m waiting for the investigation as I wasn’t there

Maybe you should do the same.

Well let’s hope they get a move on so that racist can lose his job before Christmas.

I am hoping that this did not happen and the player misinterpreted the booing as monkey chants. The club will conduct a thorough investigation which will include emailing supporters in that area for their observations, looking at videos and social media etc. Unfortunately this will take weeks to conclude and even if there is no supporting evidence the club's supporters are already labelled as racist.

It happened. The club appealed THREE times over the PA system for it to stop.

The commentators stated that they were "not quite sure" as to why the PA appeal was made THREE times! So it very likely that YOUR conclusion that the bad behavior continued to happen is incorrect? The commentators said something like: "it might be part of the FIFA or FA protocol"? I'm sure that there is somewhere out there that has the answer????

Great points. I see you have the same problems with racism apologists, deniers and minimisers on the Tottenham page as well. Such a shame right?

Sizz labels Michael Jackson innocent because the accusations against him weren’t proven. Yet when the opposite occurs he immediately labels anyone as guilty even though the facts haven’t yet been established or anything proven.

Either he’s on the side of the victims or he’s not

That’s the UEFA protocol which the ref asked for instead of the premier league one
