Depends if you want to sign now or in the summer.

Isco is apparently available but could he play with Pogba? Milinkovic-Savic looks a better fit.

If you wait until the summer it depends on whether Pogba goes. If he does getting Eriksen and then going all out for someone like Ndidi and Sancho would improve the furst team massively in terms of quality and balance.

So who would you want in

Wouldn't want Grealish. Watching him on the ball he is good technically but our attacks would break down so much. He loves to hold onto it and I think he would be a very frustrating player to have. There are better players out there that are foreign. We don't have to always go English and pay massively over the odds

Do people pick Grealish ahead of Maddison because they think he’s a better player, a better fit for us (position wise) or because he’s more attainable (presumably)?

I don't think I'd sign either of them tbh but I reckon we'll look to get one of them in during the summer.
