Anyone still think he wants to stay and still believe he's actually been injured this past week, ole couldn't come out and say against Burnley he refused to play so unless something suprising happens and he arrives in london at the 12th hour i cant see him playing for us again especially with fatty in his ear, a shame because with mct out we really need him

Is it possible that Pogba is prepared to play but Ole isn't picking him based on an ethos that you only play if you really want to play for Manchester United? It seems as though Gomes (and possibly Chong) have dropped down the pecking order as they hesitate to agree new contracts. Maybe Solskjaer sees Raiola's agitation for a move as evidence that Pogba (despite professionalism in training) doesn't have the necessary desire to represent the club. It's pure conjecture on my part. But that would be a very Fergie-like approach: asserting the importance of the culture of commitment and togetherness, even at the price of weakening the XI in the short-term.

That's sort of approach we've been missing for a while.

Could be right there mate. I kind of hope that is the case. Get back to the fact that the club is bigger than any player and it would align with his approach to transfers in the summer

I'm with Greg over UWW. The rise of Klopp's Liverpool ought to remind those who somehow already forgot the lessons of the Fergie era: it's culture as much as talent that drives a successful team. Klopp didn't buy a single certified world class player (until VVD). He bought players who fit into his system and with the mentality to run through brick walls for the club.
Our superstar buys since 2013 have largely flopped. Pogba has flopped. We need to address the culture, and we only need Pogba if he's willing to buy in.

Raiola is upset as we didn't give in to his demands. He's also probably upset we leaked the details to the press on why we stepped away from the deal.

Dammit, didn’t make the change, I’ve got Pogba starting... dammit, I didn’t swap around Lundstrum and Greenwood on my subs bench!
Arrrgghhhh.. telling you, EPL fantasy game has some way to go to catch up with the slickness of the NFL game.
For example, you can make a change right up to kickoff. And you can still swap players in out if their team hasn’t played yet.

NFL fantasy is much better than PL Fantasy,

What I hate most about the PL fantasy is that once you get to about Feb/March whoever is leading the league tends to win it simply by copying the team of the closest players to them. It’s rubbish that everyone has the same players.
