Only nine away games left to negotiate. We need what for autos, another 38 points say? Seven of the home games are against poor ( on paper ) opposition so surely the home games should earn us around 25 to 30 points. The away fixtures include some tough ones, Forest, Brentford, Cardiff but just a point a game away might just see us over the line.
Plenty of assumptions there of course given our track record but for once I am quietly confident.
Only nine to go

39 points from the remaining 20 games is probably what are required. We are currently doing about 66% (2 out of 3 points). If we keep that up we will get those points to 91, but we could scrape some extra points here and there, and that should be enough. I cannot see any of the chasing pack to go on any sort of run to endanger that. It's all down to ourselves now.

There are three certainties in life, Death, Taxes and Leeds falling apart in the last 10 games of the season.

Pointed out elsewhere but what have Luton, Barnsley, Wigan, Stoke, Huddersfield and Charlton have in common? They are the bottom six teams in the division and all have yet to visit ER,
Before someone mentions Ipswich, need to point out that those six are there for a reason. Got to believe we will never have a better chance.
