Well, UTD have had the P taken out of them in the windows for a while now. I don’t mind them taking a stand on that. Regardless of our situation.
You already know you’re gonna get paid when you come to UTD. There has to be a point in their character that shows they Want to wear the UTD badge. I’m done with the mercenaries. Obviously has to be a big difference rather than a million or 2, otherwise people need a slap...

I don’t think in this case the mercenary thing applies. It’s more his club are asking for a lot. And I understand we shouldn’t just give them way more than his valuation but if we’re desperate for a player like him who in theory could well want to join us we should pay a little bit over the top if it’s the difference between getting a top player and not getting one

I’ll admit, I don’t know much about a Bruno. Might have seen him play a few times, but didn’t leave a big impression. But we need bolstering, and he’s name has been doing the rounds, so he must be a decent player.
But what was all the Spurs talk about?
And who at UTD concluded that Bruno’s stats were not that impressive?

Not sure about who said no to his stats as they are the best thing about him. Who knows whether he’s the right guy or not. But we deffo need someone this window

You know what Robb 2.0, I think it was something silly like his Passing completion or something like that.
Not taking into account everything else he was doing...
But at the time it felt like UTD were distancing themselves from him and giving themselves an excuse not to do business....
