After 12 months in charge, what is the pattern of play he is trying to implement?

When was the last time you seen him change something tactically (in-game management) apart from the Sheffield utd game.

Playing the kids was a positive

As for our position. 8 wins from 21. Closer points wise to 18th than 3rd.

As for our midfield. Yes we are short there. We all knew that in the Summer. So why not buy a midfielder or 2?

His buys have been OK. Maguire is OK. AWB is great decensicly but lacks the attacking ability FBs need nowadays. Il give you James looks a bargain.

8 wins from21, too many draws, but the squad is poor see above for reasons. He has not had enough time to buy 11 players.

why not buy a midfielder or two? It would be nice but they have to be the right players. Teams in the PL or top Europen sides do not have to sell players due to the cash they have. This is how it has all changed since the 90's.

No point in buying anyone or continually paying over the odds (as we had to for Maguire). Klopp had years to mould this Liverpool team. Fergie got time and luck. We went into the season with 4 midfielders 2 are now injured. If you lose half of any area of your team it will compromise you.

Just had a look for it, gone from my articles made section. Admins must have decided to pull it for some reason, if ducked out towards the end so I'm not sure what happened.
