First step to getting rid of Lingard, yay!

The media claiming Raiola wants to expand his clientele to English players. The parasite is coming guys.

Jesse has more of a stake in the club than any on here ever will, he's grown up inside the club, come through every rank and likely is quite close with a lot of people throughout the club both player and non player staff. We can debate his ability and form and even whether this is the right place for him to be right now but the embarrassing attitude and disrespect of the new breed of online football fan towards the players in general is a right state.

I'd rather half our 'fan' base up and left before Jesse to be perfectly honest. A decent of amount of so called fans are worse for the club than anyone whose actually been there either now or in recent times.

This. He's not the best player to ever play for united but he isn't among the worst. A winning goal in an FA cup final to his name as well.

Didn't know Jesse is 27 years old. Thought he was in his early 20s. He's only got one big contract left then.

I know he's not a great player and has had an awful year, and I agree that any PL team who sign him would be crazy, but poor Jesse isn't fat!

Looks like Jesse is wanting one big move/contract. I think that most would agree that his time at United is up, so this could be good news for us.

Nonsense
I am a match going fan and i know plenty of people who also are ST holders. 99% of them don't think he is good enough for the club. Nothing at all to do with social media fans.

I don't have an issue with Lingard leaving as he's proven he's not good enough, not even as a squad member now. We've had plenty who have left, such as Butt for instance OR Phill Neville. But his treatment, and that of Gibbson by the modern fans is pretty poor to put it mildly. While he doesn't help himself, There is also the overreaction to things he does.
