Why do we not have a fixture on 8/9th feb? Iā€™m away that weekend and was looking forward to the pub and watching the game

Winter break yet we have Chelsea away on a Monday followed by Europa League on the Thursday.

We don't have a proper winter break due to 20 teams in the PL and having two domestic cups. The league Cup would be interesting if they introduced a rule that 3 players under the age of 21 must play if the team is a Championship or PL team. It will also force the clubs to play younger players and giving more youth a chance in addition to removing replays. The other option is to scrap it.
