Well what a cracker of a game this looms to be, I can see plenty of points being scored, albeit both sides defend very good on their own line but both of these sides love to give the ball some air and aren't afraid to toss it around from their own half if it appears there might be something on.
I personally am delighted the N-Z Warriors beat Melbourne because it now gives me a team to root for on the big day because even though the Melbourne Storm have been heavily fined and stripped of 2 competitions for salary cap cheating it still doesn't sit comfortable with me if they had of taken out this competition and there is no way I could ever root for Manly........I would of went fishing if it was left with Manly Vs Storm.
So my job this week is to learn the haka and put plenty of banter on the few of Manly supporters at my local......C'mon artie - C'mon artie.....Argh!!!!
To the New-Zealanders credit they have got 3 teams in this years G/Finals, the NRL, Reserves and under 20's Toyota Cup team and a damn good chance of taking out all 3 grades as well......a very good achievement indeed congratulations to the Kiwi's......cheers

agreed big fella. But then who expected the Warriors to get over the Tigers. And then the storm!
Souths, let's face it, noone outside of the northern beaches wants Manly to win. Hopefully lots of sydneysiders show up to cheer on the Warriors.
I get back from hols on Oct 1. Perfect timing.
Go Warriors

I can't see the ground capacity of 85,000 being met because Manly fans as a rule don't travel.....it's only 30-40minutes but on saying that a lot of one off fans will more then likely show up being a grand final.
The Kiwi's have a huge support base in Sydney and I can see it panning out something like this...15 - 20,000 Manly supporters.....30 - 35,000 N-Z supporters with another 20,000 league loving supporters...
With N-Z represented in all 3 grades and the the first game starting around 11,00a.m the N-Z contingent will arrive early and by the time the Manly supporters turn up for the 5.00p.m main game they will be thinking they are walking into a stadium in New-Zealand......
