I find it funny how you put no blame on the players whatsoever. Fans have so little patience this day. The guy showed today he can change things around, look how we played second half we were far better. Yes, not good enough again but players must take most of the blame for not doing the job!

If the players (other than the defence) knew what they were doing and allowed to express themselves things may be better.
AM likes his teams to defend as a team. It seems a though should any player get caught high up the field, they have to track back as fast as possible hence, imho, hesitation in going forward. They are all thinking 'christ, if I get caught out here, how far am I going to have to run back?'
That is now 4 very poor 1st half showings. We do that against the best sides and it will be all over in the first half.
I think AM would turn Messi into a defender!

Right so we get rid of Mcleish.......who do we get i mean we couldn't even convince the manager of wigan to come to us!
I agree with funky, the players need to take resposibility, AM changed it at half time and we were a lot better and i actually think we desverved a point!

First away game I have missed this season. Great to hear the singing coming over the tv well.
Yes, we were better 2nd half however, its all well and good winning a 2nd half 2-0 against man, u providing they dont win the 1st half 5-0.
We would have been buried by half time by most of the better teams.
Any hoo. Wigan saturday. Can't remember the last time we beat them at vp. Lets hope we can change things there.
