Arsenal are getting an airline to pay for their stadium, perhaps Arsene could swap one of his disillusioned player for a lease on a shiney new aircraft.

To be honest Dunc I dont think we would want him. I am suprised though that Arsene made him captain, sure sign of a player wanting away...look at us and Tevez.
A captain should be able to delegate on the pitch but he seems to want to do everything from take corners, free kicks etc and I wouldnt be suprised if you got a penealty against you he'd believe he was the best goalie as well....then again with Arsenals history of goalies he might well be

I think Arsene still uses the continental captaincy idea of giving it to the most senior player or the best player in the "he deserves it" rather than the one the English/British teams use of organisation and motivation on the pitch. Thats why most city fans were made up when Tevez was relieved of the responsibility and Kompany took permenant possesion.
Think you need to get your back 4 settled then chose one of them...the new but experienced german guy would probably be best, but then what would RVP do?
IMO not that it counts for much Wenger should learn from what happened with Nasri and Clichy and do what we did as regards Aguero and Tevez. Go out and buy before RVP goes and that would show the team they cant hold Arsenal to ransom.
