How to beat Leeds United

Most of our defeats this season have been down to bad goalkeeping, bad finishing or bad refereeing, without these we'd be 15 points clear, we can debate these things but it's nothing to do with opposition managers nous, last season maybe a couple of times but not this season,

Ben Rama knew better than ben white what was going to happen to Kiko .

It’s not luck, teams know how to counter Bielsa.

Arsenal match is perfect example of a team working out what to change after learning a lesson.

You can mock it, but it’s cost is dearly last season and again this season, these army one of matches where we have hatful of chances and don’t score this is match after match where we have less chances now and don’t score and every match opponents have a fraction of our chances and score.

Jonty, we’re mocking it because it’s stating the obvious. It was McLaren who said his side needed luck to beat us.

It’s not amazing tactics from the opposition that are costing us... it’s our ability in the final third and terrible goalkeeping.

As for your point about benrahma and white? I think you’re misinterpreting what happened. We were in possession, it’s benrahmas job to close down the keeper- he’s not anticipating a mistake (although one came) - he’s hoping to make one happen by making casilla rush his clearance and make it harder to play from the back... just doing what any forward would do to any keeper.

White’s job is not to mark benrahma ...because we have the ball... his job is to move into space to be a potential receiver for casilla. Everyone did their job, casilla normally good with the ball at his feet, fcked up.

Exactly Ben white should be moving slightly out towards the right back spot to give casilla the easy 10 yard pass.

If white was supposed to move into space then why didn’t he?

Opposition coaches target casilla as they know he’s a weak link. Benerama was miles away yet knew what would happen (not necessarily the mistake but that casilla was not in control).

Agree with LIW.. that similar mistake happened all over the pitch, just more highlighted when its the keeper.

if you want your keeper to be a footballer, this is what's going to happen.. personally, I think White's pass was what's called a hospital pass in Rugby league.

Not saying Kiko isn't in poor form, but that mistake shouldn't be focussed on.. I'm surprised it hasn't happened more this season to be honest

of course yeah, sorry all.. and agree its Kiko's fault, not saying it wasn't really, he prob should of put his foot through it.. but that's not how our keeprs are expected to play.. that's all I'm saying

It's no wonder Leeds fans hate Sky. They earn so much revenue on the back of us, yet clearly someone at the top hates Leeds enough to effectively mock us. Couldn't even be bothered to get a half decent manager in to do their dirty work. Shockingly negative and blatantly biased.
