That was a bit of a master class by Bayern.
It's going to take a very good team to beat them in the C/L this season, just hope our young bloods learned something to-night.
Again ,well done Bayern Munchen,a pleasure to watch.
To think, that Wenger and Pulis didn't rate G'nabri !
Thats how you play football.

Them not being 'that good' I disagree with, but all of those clubs have the capacity to beat them without it being regarded as a surprise. There's been far better Bayern teams then this one in the CL era, tonight was more about us than them.

This is what I was referring to when I said they’re not that good.
They’re a good team but this team isn’t as good as the Bayern side that I remember played against real in the semi finals a few years ago, let alone the one that won the treble around 5 years ago. I’d be shocked if they win the Cl or even reach the final.

Think people are exaggerating quite a bit. A Chelsea team at almost full strength has been competitive with both Liverpool (x2) and City this season, two teams better than Bayern.
So I’m not gonna lose any sleep over losing to Bayern with about 4/5 first team players missing. They’re a strong side, they were full strength and they were on it.

I think, in terms of performance, that was the best side i've seen at the bridge for a couple years. But yes that is judging off one game. Never seen a team, liverpool or city, move the ball like that and at such pace.

Yes Nick, one of the best team performances I've seen for a long time .I'm sure that Frank will have learned a lot from this game, and hopefully the younger players as well,a couple of our more experienced players will certainly be looking over their shoulders now..

That is this Bayern teams main strength. When given space they're capable of ruthless sucker punch attacks. Gnarby's second goal was classic from them this season.
And yes regarding Davies Harle. Put James' potential into prospective big time. Still got a way to go.

It was one of those games, where even tho we lost,I enjoyed watching some great football ! It's not often you feel like saying that, after being outplayed so comprehensively.
