tough week ahead

The next 2 games will be very hard for us, and, given the way we played on Saturday, which was absolute rubbish, it is hard to be confident. The entertainment value against Inverness was almost nil--we don't have any real creativity in our side these days and haven't for a long time--and the dis-organised state of the defence, in the first half especially, very worrying. Yes, we do have key players out injured, but where is this big squad that we keep hearing about?

Looking at the bigger picture, Celtic should have strengthened much more they did during the summer. We don't have much skill or pace anywhere in the side, and are very weak looking in vital areas. I hate to say it but I think by this time next week we'll have lost more ground in the SPL race, and will be struggling to stay alive in our Europa League group. Worrying times indeed.

I know Neil has reason to worry. Going back to Tynecastle where the fans are already in a foul mood after an Irish man scored two goals yesterday against them. If I was Neil I would be hoping that Celtic don't go 2 nil up as the only Football response to the shameful actions last season is to reduce the number of Celtic fans.

The "shameful actions" you speak of, I assume you are talking about your fellow gfitw, busting the young ball boys head with lighters thrown by said gfitw.

Yep, tough week, but stop to consider.

1. Europa - majority of fans don't expect to get out of the group, many will be surprised if we get a win.

2. Tynecastle. Always tricky to go there, but let's face it, they're all over the place football wise at the moment. So it is entirely winnable.

The way our defence is playing, we really should be going out to steamroll domestic teams, and if we lose a goal or two along the way, then so be it.

Have a look at the defensive stats so far in the spl though.

Bluebird Living in a wee world of make believe.
Our Last visit to Tynecasle was the conclusion of Rangers fans and their friends continuous attempts to intimidate Neil Lennon,by bullet, bomb, email and personal attac.
Most normal people tried to distance themselves from these shameful deeds, but of course not you. Do you think you are typical of Rangers supporters ?
