Yes the reason Chelsea haven’t competed for the title this season is because we’re just not interested in competing for the title. It’s totally not because we’re not good enough, we just aren’t interested in the winning the premier league unfortunately

Sensible discussion? I’m agreeing with you and I’m realising your reasoning explains a lot. Man City have not won the title this season because they are not interested in winning the title this season. It makes total sense.

Its like Liverpool fans are triggered by any faint praise City get these days.
We've had it so good these many years when they were not competing for the title.
Now they talk about cup draws just to discredit our achievement.
Maybe we can also draw the same conclusion about weak opponents when Liverpool won the League cup 3 years in a row.

I'd imagine we can probably do it after getting PSG and Napoli in our group and then getting Bayern and Barcelona.
