Beyond the fact West Ham may dodge a potential relegation bullet should the season be annulled, they will be financially big winners whatever happens.
All clubs will face similar wage bills and have similar insurance to cover/or not in this crisis.
West Ham will be quids in for not having to pay upkeep on a stadium that is bringing in no income.
Spurs potentially could be in real difficulty, Levy was (understandably) expecting gate money from football, boxing, concerts and various horrible American sports to pay the mortgage on the new Spurs stadium. Through no fault of the bald one that money won't be coming anytime soon.

You said we will become homeless as London Stadium will be engaged with other concerts in the month of June and July. Let's say we agree on that. My question is, how are you going to accommodate football and American sports on the same day at your white elephant stadium in the month of June and July? Share the pitch too?

But we do own the stadium so we can cancel those events if we have to play where you just rent like the mlb etc do at the London stadium.
We could easily hold a concert one night and a few days latter play football as our pitch doesn’t get touched
