El Hadji Doiuf for the Rovers?

Can't really see this happening, but if we can now afford a player of this calibre (playing ability, not personal character), think of the possibilities.
Sad to see SoD go after all thats happen over the past 5 years! But got a good feeling again, and can’t wait for tonight.
Wish I was there but have to just put up with Rovers Player.
Hopefully back for 2 weeks in late November, so finger crossed, 2 or 3 games! Yeah!!!
C’mon Donny!

Fuzzy it ain't him, its me. he left himself signed in which I did not know about.. Ionlywishicould as you know is very glad O'Dismall has gone, there were enough people stating that No 14 was a waster in training, well it appears now that there are smiles in training

Its OK NewYankee I thought as much.
Actually, No. 14 being a waster in training probably does explain why SOD didn't pick him more often.

Looks like it's not happening - he could have a better offer from Russia - extract from BBC report below:
But Rovers Chairman John Ryan believes they have missed out on signing striker El Hadji Diouf. "I've heard he's going to Russia for a king's ransom."
The Senegal international striker, who is a free agent after his contract at Ewood Park was cancelled earlier this month, was also present at Rovers' 1-1 draw with Hull City on Tuesday and met Saunders about a move to the Keepmoat.
Ryan told BBC Radio Sheffield: "I'm not so sure that's going to happen but it was a close run thing."

Sounds like he will be in T'ruble in Russia rather than in trouble in Donny.

Still a possibility according to Paul Goodwin.
