Lonesome...I know you're incapable or either reading or posting more than three lines at any time, so might I suggest you take the next 4 weeks or so, to read the link, 3 or 4 lines at a time. Maybe, just maybe, you'll get the message as to how Nuno operates.

Reading that Man City's CAS hearing could be postponed for up to 12 months. As a result, all of the Premier League's top 10 with the exception of Sheffield Utd and naturally City themselves have appealed to CAS to exclude them from next years Champions League pending the appeal.
Two ways to view that I suppose, the ruling from UEFA should stand as no appeal has been heard.
Or applying the ban would be to pre-judge the appeal so the ban should be lifted until the appeal is heard.
I think usually sanctions are lifted pending appeal but who knows?

They are trying to get away with it.
If they do it will be a farce.

Not sure its a case of them "trying" to get away with it, it's the global situation that has brought it about.

Like PSG the City owners have friends in high places, so no surprise if the penalty is dropped. I understand that the process UEFA went through to arrive at their decision was not very solid and rather than being innocent, City may escape on a technicality

City will get away with it, zero doubt about it.
