*** possible spoiler alert!!! ******
Yeah, after few days of putting off watching the last three episodes of Ozark, I finally did it last night. I wasn't disappointed!
That's all folks. What an ending!
Plenty of doors left open, so must be more to come!
Don't want to spoil it for anyone, but I think the producers and the actors all of them deserve the plaudits for making this series as interesting as the first two.
My favourite scene? the last one!
What other series to watch that are of similar ilk?

Ozark 3 : Didn't?

If he were to be alive that would be funny. So none of the characters confirmed the body? Neither Marty nor Ruth confirmed it? That's not something that would usually happen.

Just finished season 3. By far the best season of Ozark, outstanding. The tension in the last 2 eps was almost breaking bad level, awesome stuff

Watched the final episode of s3 a couple of nights ago. Could see that coming tbh - though at one point I wondered whether it would be at the hand of Jonah.
Great though the season was, I still don't really get why some people were so down on s2? To my mind it's a story that needs to grow at a natural pace. It's much more realistic if there are some points where it's more plot, than event driven.
Anyway, really enjoyed it up to now, as has Ms Lex - who doesn't really 'do' series.
My one concern going forward... s4 isn't confirmed as yet (though I'd be surprised if Netflix didn't commission it). If it does happen, I read it isn't likely to air until late 2021/early 2022. This means the kids - especially the actors playing Three and Jonah - will be so much older, it'll be a bit ridiculous to try to make out that they're just picking up where the previous season ended.
Surely the only solution will be an '18 months later...' kinda thing?

Ms Lex also hopes Ben is still alive.
I found him really annoying, so kinda hope not.
Would be a great ending to the story if it doesn't return. Very Tarantino.

Agree
Ben just got annoying towards the end, just so dopey and stupid in that penultimate episode

It's a pretty good show and entertaining, although pretty much every character is an unlikeable azshole and seems to suffer from Tourette's. It would help if there were people to actually root for.

Yeah I find Ruth’s swearing just so ridiculously over the top. Every other word is the F word
Swearing doesn’t really bother me but hers is so constant it’s unnecessary

I'm by no means a prude but I think swearing is used a little too much on the show to the point of it seeming unrealistic. Swearing on say Breaking Bad felt natural and was used where necessary, whereas on this it's like they make everyone swear just to heighten the adult content of the show. I felt the same way about Westworld too.
