World club cup is probably the easiest football competition to scrap without pïssing anyone off

How can a team that has been knocked out of this season`s CL play in a world club championship?

It`s only a mickey mouse tournament anyway, with four teams nobody has ever heard of.

As a neutral I hope not. It caused you to pretty much give Aston Villa a bye into the League Cup final this season. Would much rather see a strong Liverpool vying for the domestic cups than some pointless invitational against Mexican goat herders.
