Many, many great players played for us under SAF. I tried to pick two very good sides from those players. Which team wins? (Sorry if I missed any players, feel free to pick your own)
Team 1 -
Schmeichel
Neville Rio Pallister Evra
Beckham Keane Carrick Giggs
Cantona Ruud
Team 2 -
Van Der Saar
Parker Stam Vidic Irwin
Kanchelskis Robson Scholes Ronaldo
Yorke Rooney
Which United side wins?

It’s like you actually forget there’s other games than the premier league.
People have pointed this out to you and you seem to ignore it. Why are you so obsessed with the Premier league. Does the FA cup and the champions league not matter now?
Carricks starts in those first 5 seasons (in all comps)
06/07 - 44
07/08 - 39
08/09 - 37
09/10 - 33
10/11 - 39
So he regularly started games for us - more than any of our other CMs. Has already said in his own words that once the season was up and running SAF would keep in in the side for almost every game and going back to the original point of this whole argument, he was very important to SAF and United which you weirdly seem to be denying.

I would be surprised if Gerrard managed it more than half a dozen times in his Liverpool career.
