Badge

To suggest our badge is one of the most recognisable is just silly tbh.

I don't see the issue with changing the badge.

I live 135 miles from Elland Rd and there are plenty of Leeds badge car stickers here. Its a very recognizable badge.

It's not though is it? On the scale of recognisable club badges we aren't that high.

Shaun, if the badge was that salute thing than those stickers would be different, that'd be very recognizable as well!..

I have a feeling some are younger and see that as their badge, FA Cup, Arsenal, I wouldn't say no to our badge from then either!..

But prefer the Yorkshire Rose which is more recognisable and if I'm not mistaken saw us through our fun times in Europe, not the bad times that we've suffered since!..

When the Military were here, just about every Leeds fan had whatever the badge was of their time here stickers in their cars!..

And like I've said, it don't matter what the badge is, if you want to follow your team you have no choice but what you have in front of you!..

Why do we inbsist on a new badge, its fine, leave it alone FFS

I got rid of my car a bit over 3yrs ago, I've got this badge sticker and a few other hanging things that I had in my last 3 cars stuck in my Schrank!..

If I decide to get another car I'll put them in that, and the unused Number plate thing that I haven't yet used!..

Mind, if I get another car and come to England again I'll get the new whatever it is sticker and leave this one in my schrank!..

Im in the new badge camp. I hate the current one. Just depresses me looking at it knowing its been our badge mainly in the lower leagues.

This is the ONLY valid argument in favour of a new badge. The shield does represent mostly failure, perhaps its the start of a new era if we go up

It's not the only valid argument though. People are more than entitled to dislike the current badge for purely aesthetic reasons as well. Makes a lot more sense than the fact we've had it for a while so should probably stick with it
