probably in mid May.
Firstly they have dealt with the crisis probably better than any country, so are weeks ahead of many in getting going.
All games behind closed doors until at least late Oct. which makes total sense.
However, no need for neutral venues. Same for Turkey & Croatia who are plannning early June restarts.
Can we in this country really not be trusted to congregate in huge numbers around stadiums etc when our team is playing. Can we not have some sort of points deduction or large fines if our fans misbehave in this way?
If we can stick to scheduled venues, not neutral, then the league can possibly restart with most of the controversy taken out, allowing for relegation and promotion and a lot fewer law suits.
Please, whoever is in control of this, lets follow the German lead, put faith in the football fans of this country and Get The Season Done!
German League to restart....

No neutral venues and idiots stay away and apparently safe....
Then no reason not to complete.

Bundesliga is restarting next Friday, 15th May, it’s just been confirmed. Exciting news.

OP has pointed out that Germany dealt with this better than others and maybe that's why they won't need neutral venues. England is a different case all together.

Are the German games neutral venues or do they still have home and away games, but without the fans?

Home and away games.
Bundesliga restarting under strict corona controls and without fans of course.
