The inspirational Shed,those were the days when men were men etc etc !

What was the date again Brum ?

The best weekend of my life. 3 days before the game I didnt even have a ticket, although my mates all did, then my mate who works for British Airways came good with a corporate ticket from McDonalds at £125 (face value).

Couldn't get into Munich for flights and accomodation for less than a grand, so I got reasonable flights and accomodation in Stuttgart and got the train to Munich on the day of the game. Spent the night on Munich station surrounded by Munich fans all sleeping on the floor and then got the 6.45am train back to Stuttgart the next morning to get some kip via a slight detour where I was in the wrong part of the train when it split in half.

Happy days!!

I made my first visit to the shed with a mate, when I was a teenager,we wanted to see how tough we were ! I've never been so quiet in a game,some of those head cases scared the daylights out of me ! but went home and told my dad I'd joined the shed boys , he was not impressed.
But the lads at school were !
