I’m not one for conspiracy theories but it does make you think why do these guys seemingly not give a $hit. Shocking behaviour and a right slap in the face for all of us

The amazing thng is Cummings think he hasn`t done anything wrong, and the Tories Cabinet are all agreeing with him.
