Cardiff Soul Crew story, Winston.

We follow NI all over and went to play Wales about 15 years ago in Cardiff, and met in bars to drink amd sing...NI fans do not fight on tour or home, But...

We did not know we were in Soul Crew bars, and with our union and Ulster flags and some God save the Queen banter, it kicked off.t
Cardiff boys got battered as they met a group from south belfast who had loyalist paramilitay guys, so knew how to fight, lol
Soul Crew were livid and so hundreds arrived to surround us, but we just laughed and had a party.

To be fair, the Soul Crew are pretty notorious.

Always plenty of black faces in the ICF screaming that I didn't have a 4skin! Haha

Yes we always used to laugh about the way West Ham were portrayed on the tv as a lovely warm salt of the earth cockney club yet whenever we went there they just wanted us dead.

Spurs firm was very strong in the early 70's (Feyenoord and Chelsea at WHL 75) and enjoyed something of a renascence in the 90's and noughties when others were falling away.

Did you know Millwall used to carry meat hooks to capture rival fans running from the Den?

I thought we were mad in Belfast and Glasgow, lol.

I think if you are a Millwall fan being a nutter is just expected of you.

Their problem is they are often too worried about fighting each other but I've always said for the size of the club the percentage of hooligans is easily the highest.

Theres a famous story of Spurs fans grabbing dustbin lids and having to get into a Roman legion formation in order to avoid the hail of bricks that were being thrown at the old Den. And that was just to get in, haha!

As a young lad I used to go and watch Swindon regularly and have seen Millwall there on several occasions. It was never pretty but fair play to Swindon they always gave it a go!

Hundreds of blokes chanting ‘Eng-ger-land’ and throwing stuff at the police, shouting abuse etc.

A lot of Rangers and Chelsea fans in London today. Are they playing eachother in a friendly? I thought it was meant to be behind closed doors just now. I'm really confused.
