Before the break we were playing some of the worst football I've ever seen. The tactics were dreadful and it was thoroughly depressing. From memory I think the last 6 games yielded 1 draw and 5 losses.
Jose always had the excuses of Son/Kane's injuries and lack of training time. These are no longer valid. He's got a fully fit squad and had plenty of time on the training field to teach his philosophy.
Results and performances have to pick up starting Friday. No more excuses Jose.
No more excuses Jose

I expect seven or eight wins, nobody to fear playing now for the rest of the season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spurs have been losing to teams they should not fear for the past 18 months
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So have most of the other teams. That is why the league has been gifted to Liverpool.

Other teams being inconsistent doesn't make Spurs a good team. Our keeper is past his best, the back four is now poor, lacks pace and discipline, the central MF is weak defensively and lacks the ability to get the ball forward to our better players ahead of them and we are overly reliant on one striker

It hasn't though. Every title win comes with luck along the way and you earn most of it. We were on par/slightly better with them 2 years ago, we stood still in the market and they made fantastic purchases for the squad, build great morale around the place with the manager, with best players getting stronger and young players coming through. No they're one of the best in Europe.
Spurs decided the squad was good enough even though it was slowly falling apart. Sacked their best manager in years and brought in some has been who relies on the opposite of what Levy will provide him.

I don’t think we’ll do much in these 9 games tbh.
3 wins 3 draws 3 defeats is my guess
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If that is how it plays out then I see no reason for Jose to keep his job (other than the compensation which would be paid).
We won't be spending much over the next couple of years so if he can't get much out of this group we should bring someone in who can.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Preeeaaaach!!
I think we'll lose 6 of the last 9.
Jose is not right for this club. This has been evident in the turgid football we have played for his whole tenure. If it wasn't for some of the luckiest results I have ever seen (City at home, Wolves away, etc) we'd be way down the league.
With a fully fit squad, there can be no excuses. If we don't start winning games and look convincing then he needs to go.

Spurs should have beaten Newcastle, Wolves at home, they were much the better side, and also had the better of the chances against Liverpool. So it is swings and roundabouts.
