Got to feel sorry for the guy after last night. I'm still think theres a good player in there on his day, but his days are getting very few and far between. For what he did in the champions league final alone I've always got a soft spot for him. The money he's gone for over his career is crazy though.
25 million for his initial move to us, 50 million to psg, 34 million back to us and then 8 million to arsenal. Best part of 120 million on a player who has struggled with the same issues since day 1. Got to give some credit to Frank he got it bang when he shipped him off to arsenal.

Would never of come to Arsenal if we hadn’t lost Kos. The club panicked and decided we need an over 30 defender with prem experience. It was not a very good piece of business for Arsenal but well done Chelsea.

Well done Frank, for seeing the guy for what he is ,a mercenary, who will now go on and rake in more money from some dumb suckers stupid enough to fall for it.
I don't feel sorry for Arsenal at all,the signs were there for all to see,and they will recoup their money I'm sure.

The problem, is even if he has a good game, he is still prone to lapses in concentration or a high-profile error.
Luiz has had a great career and played for some top clubs, but he had better players alongside him than he does at Arsenal and probably played in systems that suited him much better.
He, and our other centre-halves, have had very little protection provided by our midfield, especially when we get hit on the counter or if we've ceded possesion. This is going to expose a player like Luiz more.
That being said, he's made some terrible individual mistakes at Arsenal; most of which have been unforced.
His time playing at the top-level of Premier League football is surely at an end.

The day Frank booted out Luiz...a Roman favorite (bent-over backwards to give Luiz the unprecedented 2-year contract he desired, breaking the policy), disposing of probably the biggest character very swiftly, that's when It reaffirmed my belief that Frank would be 100% backed...illustrated the power/authority he already had, direct line coming into good use.
Commend Frank for taking this action and his many shrewd actions thereafter.
Was not at all fussed when Luiz was sold by the club (likewise Hazard).

Super Franks' exceptional pulling power coming into effect, with the signings of Ziyech & Werner when we haven't even secured CL qualification yet (we will)!
