Sandro , Wilson P, you didn't fack with that midfield.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You facked with Dembele and Wanyama less.
Fast forward to today and we're talking about Winks and Skipp starting.

Sandro, Palacios, Dembele. Wanyama, Ndombele.
Now that would be a midfield to pick from if they had any sort of fitness between them

If all could have stayed fit that would be a wet dream for any manager.

Sandro became such a good player for us. That knee injury in January 2013 away at QPR totally facked him

No offence but only Dembele could be considered top notch out of those 👌

Palacios was a beast of a MF, it seemed that when his brother was murdered it destroyed him .

He’s the best of them no doubt. But how good did Dier look next to a peak Dembele?

He was never the same after his knee injury, which was a shame because he was a top defensive midfielder...... oh how we could do with prime Sandro right now

I think Dier is the new Dawson. Looked good next Dembele in the same way Dawson looked good next to King. Shown up when no longer playing next to a world class player.
