We've been linked with him for years, even when he was supposedly highly rated he wasn't that good. Also don't think we need him with Wild and Hamza.

Hamza is a bang average championship player, couldn't even get in the Burton team when he was out on loan. Carvalho has won the Euros with Portugal and was arguably there best player in the tournament. Absolutely get him in. Statement signing.
