So Chelsea have offered batshuayi and barley in exchange for Rice. I assume this would be supplemented with some fees. I see WH have initially rejected the offer but I believe it could serve all parties.
batshuayi Is capable of double digits with the right club and Barkley has had his best season in a few years.
I’d rate batshuayi And Barkley at £25m each, so I can’t see there being much supplemental monies required.
This is a win for Chelsea, WH, Rice, batshuayi and Barkley.

You can’t give Bats away now. Maybe, Roy will have him for £20m. Barkley is homegrown and English (there is a premium for that), sell him back to Everton for £40m.

If Barkley played for West Ham he would be valued more just like Rice who is not as good a player as Loftus-Cheek. Chelsea players are undervalued.
