Been saying this for years, but with our limited budgets, why do we continually attempt to find “bargains” in the increasingly over-priced English market? Makes even less sense with every passing season. Generally just a complete waste of time.
Hopefully good news on Barkas today though.

That’s fine if we could afford to sign any of these cants, which we generally can’t. I mean what’s the point pwicking about with an alleged £4m offer for the leading scorer in League 1? Never happening, is it?

Depends - sometimes we find someone that wants to win stuff in front of 60k and play in the CL rather than just pocket a wedge.
