Don't believe for a minute that big businesses don't employ idiots. Particularly in marketing.

Their agency employed influencers to try and drum up sales for European matches.

I know someone at the agency who says they were thrown under a bus and the club knew about the scheme but blamed them when attracted negative press.

Like the concept and it is well done. It is a sad state of affairs that they think that football being threatened makes the most impact in terms of getting people to take notice of this potential issue.
