Where is this guy? Seems like forever since we saw him. Against a pacey arsenal attack I think he could be great as the left sided centre back in a 3. Not like rudiger is in great form at present. Is it injuries a falling out with the manager or what? Something has obviously happened.

All our CBs are actually quite quick (Rudiger being the slowest, Tomori marginally the fastest), so wouldn't worry much about a footrace between our CBs and their 'pacey attack'.

Frank appears to not be taking any chances of recurrent injury with Tomori, unless it is absolutely necessary to play him.

I think a loan could actually be beneficial for him, and his development/gametime next season, unless Frank sees us playing three at the back very regularly next season
