New 20/21 home shirt!

Didn’t see an article for this yet, so thought I would put this up here! What’s your thoughts fellow reds? Looks pretty ordinary to me but if we are getting lots of ££ from it who cares right?

Nike produce a sheet kit hoping we don't make much with the 20% royalties

Hey Nike take 100m in shirt sales.

No Way! We will have to give away 20m and I’ll only make 80 for myself.

Ok, probably best if you take 50 m

Yeah that’s better, I only have to give away 10m in that case.

To be fair to Kash, FSG probably inserted a clause that if they sell more than 3 shirts we are banned from signing any players for 7 windows. Plus the 20% is just for their back pockets anyway. Notice how Salah and Mane aren't in the pictures for the new kits too - FSG looking to sell so they can do decking out the back. Shocking

The kits are expensive

There are 2 different ones, what the players wear which is the Nike vapor and what is effectively a lower quality one.
They are £90 and £70 respectively.. and that’s without any badges names and numbers on them. WTF.

If say there are 2m shirts sold which is a conservative number. With the royalty return, that’s £36m. That is a huge amount of cash just for the shirt sales. Never mind all the training gear, other T-shirts, etc. All which have a royalty on them.

The kit is nice but not that nice I’d buy one myself for that money. Priced up jnrs and it was £114 or something.

Sold out though already... that’s the Vapor one.

its a disgraceful price that nobody should pay but of course are already sold out.

it is very clear that the ordinary families should buy knock offs.

If you wait a couple of weeks, it will be on Ali Express for about £12.
