Police & SNP = A joke

While I am pleased with the result and the preformance of the players tonight I am still pretty angry.

First of all the Blue Order/Union Bears had a banner removed that read
"SNP Weak On Criminals, tough on Fans" and a few others along those lines. Then Later on in the game the chant "fe c k the SNP" went round so Salmond SS went in with batons and started arresting fans left right and centre and throwing others out. No sectarian songs were sung at all just Fe ck the SNP.

Now if the following are now criminal offences in this country then it's a sad day and the wee fat tw at Salmond needs taken down a step, The Old Firm are being made scapegoats for all of Scotland's ill's all thanks to the Celtic fans campaign then when they realised there IR A songs would be included they backed down.

The whole law thing is a shambles and the wee rancid cow who's heading it up for the SNP doesn't have the slightest clue. And the Police need taken down a step aswell you don't see them calling for T In THe Park, Glastonbury, Christmas, New Year, Scotland games called off so why the Old Firm?, the police are there to serve the public not dictate to us what we can and can't do.

Listen to this guy Dr Stuart Waiton and outsider from England who is the only one taking sense

"blackcod"....

.....no, not threatening anybody, simply stating an opinion and hoping in won't become a fact.

The next time an elbow is thrown on the field of play and/or a banner is flown at a ground other than Ibrox will tell the tale...........

Nonsense.

Swearing is part and parcel of going to a football match. At all levels.

If it seriously offends you then I don't see how you can bare staying in Glasgow(presuming you do).

renegade you are a complete t055er and EXACTLY what is wrong with the modern day footballing fan. i pity all the rangers fans who are law abiding family people who have to suffer idiots like you.

Ish - pfftt - mael, i aint your biggest fan but you are 100% correct with your commments

See where this is going lads, It was all about sectarian singing now all of a sudden you just have to swear to get arrested. I would rather see the police policing our streets than clamping down on daft football songs.

An actual quote from this thread, 12 hours ago:

"It is the Celtic fans that started it,"

Typed by a 5-year-old, presumably.

Better late than never I guess.

TBO were well within there rights last night.

They made there point without violence.

Its a point shared by almost all fans of the game particularly the OF.

I did find it strange that the took only about 30 I guess out of the ground when it was the whole section.

As for the song well its not new that the F word is used at a football game ist it?

Me I m more offended by the SNP than I am about some industrial use of English.

So I say well done the BO but I fear it will all be in vain

Personally I think it's nice to see Rangers and Celtic fans having an unpleasant time of it for a while, having got away with sullying the atmosphere at grounds across the country for years.

Blame the SNP if you like, nobody else will.

Duke...

'TBO were well within there rights last night.'

No they weren't. There is NO right to use offensive language inside or outside of a football ground.

'They made there point without violence.'
Did they HAVE a point? 'Eff the SNP' for 15 minutes solid is making 'a point'?

'Its a point shared by almost all fans of the game particularly the OF.'
You mean the equally childish Gween Bwigade?

'I did find it strange that the took only about 30 I guess out of the ground when it was the whole section.'
At least this shut them up.

As for the song well its not new that the F word is used at a football game ist it?
Correct. But incessantly for 15 minutes?

'Me I m more offended by the SNP than I am about some industrial use of English'.
That's you. I am more offended by constant cursing ringing in my ears when I have payed 500 quid for a season ticket, and just gone out on a tuesday night to see my team play a game of football.

So I say well done the BO but I fear it will all be in vain

Well done you. maybe you could ask them round to your house for a sing-song next time I'm at Ibrox to see a game of fitba'. You are correct regarding the second part.

I agree with ishmael on this one!

Singing Feck the SNP for 15 minutes solid was stupid!
some banners made sense but again its all copying gween bigade!

we should be better than that lot!

ITS NOT A COMPETITION.

If people feel they are being picked on then why not.

We had similar songs about the SFA.

I think they have a point a very good one.

When will we make a stance against this.

The support have listened and the song have more or less gone. More work needs done but its a work in progress.
We should be getting a pat on the back not some crazy law that sees a football manager assaulted yet the guy walked.

15 mins wasnt long enough.
