Seems like a very quiet start to the transfer market to me.
A few experts suggesting that things won't pick up for a while because, in light of Covid and the effect on club finances, nobody actually knows how much players are worth right now.
I can see a lot of clubs having to drop their valuations over the coming weeks if they want to bring some money in by selling players.
Your thoughts?

Be surprised if you sign the eleven starters you will need to avoid relegation.

I take it that means you've been watching Albion play on a regular basis over the last 12 months?

I'm literally struggling to pick 3 Villa players who would have walked into Albion's starting 11 last season.
Even Grealish wouldn't be guaranteed to start every week!

To be fair, Albion got a few players who would walk into a lot of PL teams. Namely Pereira.

Matheus Pereira is the finest player in the West Midlands.

I can value certain players no problem.
HRK. £1.99
Zahore. £1/2/6p (old money)
Phillips £10.00
Johnstone. £. 5.00
Burke. -£20.00
They’d all fit in a 7-seater taxi with room to spare.

Unusually for the Express & Dingle, this is an interesting article on the financial future of football clubs particularly for those in the Championship.
Doomed I tell thee, doomed!

Well said Lubo.
Ignore Cinci. He's getting desperate!
