Thing I don't really understand is what happened with his sister. He says she was approached and they believe she was drugged which caused her to faint and slip in and out of consciousness, but then he said she was fine about 15 minutes later.

Pretty sure there's no drug in the world that would do that.

Sounds like a wahl

Maguire story seems more believable. The other story seems like police trying to show they are not corrupt by making what seems to be lies up to cover criminal activity by the supposed police.
