Anyone else watch on BBC 2 lfc 30 year wait

back at memory lane.

Some great memories, great players and great foes.

What really struck me was from 2005 how Chelsea were so intrinsically linked to our fortunes especially when they stopped us winning it under Rodgers and then beating City that made us finally champions. So many lows and some highs.

Worth a watch for fellow reds, is on BBC iplayer if you missed it.

Forget how many lows, often humiliating ones, we have had these last 30 years. We have had every right to be insufferable coonts these last 15 months or so.

Surprised at Sue Johnston being one of the presenters, but as Sheila Grant on Brookside she was ever present throughout the 80s.

It was a great watch.

It's only 10 years ago when we had Hodgson in charge - I remember thinking we may never win the league again !!

Felt a bit (and I mean bit) sorry for Souness. Took charge of an ageing team, albeit with some fine youngsters coming through, just bad timing. With the side Evans had, he really should have done better.
