After watching the game yesterday, the most notable thing to me ,was the lack of an on-field captain.
Full credit to Liverpool,they won well,and are a very good team,they seemed to have a few captains running about,whereas we didn't have one !
Our team is young and needs someone to shout and cajole the younger players,that was not noticeable to me yesterday,our more experienced players went AWOl it seems to me .
Perhaps Thiago will be a short term solution,but I think that Frank has to give it serious consideration.

mf,he certainly seems to be a positive forceful personality,,definately an upgrade on Kepa !Just what is needed. Kepa should have gone after that cup final fiasco in my opinion.
