Openly stating he ‘doesn’t have the answer’ has given the owner no choice - he either wants to resign or is asking to be sacked - but surely coming out with such a statement, he’s admitting he can’t do anything else and doesn’t know how to go about changing things
It’s like having a terminally ill pet, do the ethical thing Mr Owner, and out him out his misery
It’s surely only a matter of time now he’s almost begging you to do it

Reading appointed a relatively unknown Serbian coach a week ahead of season kick off. Veljko Paunovic. He’s got Reading on maximum points at the top of the table. Why can’t we attract a top coach to the famous City ground.

Let’s see what the table looks like after 10 games, that should be more of a barometer, 3 games doesn’t give a true reflection. Normally one of our and one of Derby fans have a bet with each other as to who will finish higher. I wonder what those 2 are thinking now ??

You ain’t going to believe this, we are swapping Silva for Cafu, wait for it .......... a DEFENSIVE midfielder, seriously, how much more negative can we be. The team is crying out for creativity and we sign yet another defensive midfielder, absolutely unbelievable😡 I really do despair.

Perhaps he moulds the players to his own image and his mentality of defend first. Invincibility lies in defence. However, somebody needs to tell him that possibility of victory in the attack. That should do it.
