Young ROI midfielder Jeff Hendrick appears to be making a name for himself this season at Derby County.
He is on the verge of becoming a first team regular due to some very impressive performances so far.
I don't know much about Hendrick as i have never seen him play yet.
Will he go on to become as good as he is currently being hyped up to be.

Why not Igor? I'm not a fan of Trapp's selection policy or brand of football but it could be a decisive game in us getting to euro 2012! I for one will be there screaming my lungs out! Come on Ireland!!

If im honest of course I want us to quilify but more to do with certain players in the team deserving their day on the world stage esp after world cup debacle, I just feel we have the players in the team and some not even in the squad who can actually play this game, but they can't express themselves as long as he's but I love my country and will cheer come what may....or next june hopefully.

Yeah it's silly that Trapp calls up the likes of Green and ignores some of our more talented players but it's been a he'll of a long time since we were at the Euros! I was only 6 in 88 so don't really remember! Let's not forget that in our heyday we were horrible to watch! We were the reason FIFA stopped GK's picking up back passes... As bad as our football often is we are getting hard to beat and teams don't look at us as a soft touch anymore!
