If cho leaves which looks likely
That leaves us with
Pulisic as our only real winger
Ziyech isn't really a winger though plays wide
Havertz is best at 10
Werner isn't really a winger he's a striker although has played there
Mount on the wings is OK but lacks pace he's better centrally
Barkley and Ruben off are the other ones that play that position
So are we to assume that we might have another incoming or will we use the land fee and eventual cho fee to buy declan rice?
The front line lacks pace and genuine width
I genuinely thought cho had a place in this team come Palace assuming cho is off he won't play
The team will be
Tammy
Werner havertz Mount
Lacks pace and width for me and from what I have seen of Werner he's quick but not brilliant on the ball so making him a winger seems and odd waste of a great striker
Anyone else feeling that although the quality of player is there we might be putting square pegs in round holes
Is ziyech quick?
Thinking out loud

I would hope if CHO does go we get an adequate replacement.

CHO leaving is not likely because the only people reporting it are absolute frauds

We have let so many gems go.

Yeah but I wouldn't class CHO under gem just yet.

Where does all this fake news come from ?
CHO's going nowhere, RLC is , but I don't know where !

The CHO stories are too staggergun to take seriously atm. It's gone from vague interest, to loan with no buy clause, to loan with obligation to buy within 24 hours without specifics.
If he did leave we'd need another winger just to squad balance sake. The Brentford guy would seem the most logical, cheap & will happily accept backup status.

Callum is starting today against Palace.
Anyone with a brain knows that were not going to strengthen the best team in Europe Bayern by giving them our most complete attacker in Callum and weaken ourselves in the process, late into the window.
Frank and club in no mood to offload jewel in the crown, we don't make the effort to keep him at the club to just gift him on-loan to Bayern 18 months later. Simple as that.
If Sarri was still in charge Callum would have made a for it, sure.

All Callum' hard work will pay off and reap the rewards.

CHO is not that overwhelming, mount is a lot better player. i also think we let the wrong player go in Lamptey he is also better than CHO pretty sure Reece is a better winger too has far more in his repertoire than CHO
