after all, having been in the country a mere 6 years, who'd expect him to have picked up enough english to understand 'get your top off, you're coming on'?

It was said on Talksport today that one of the reason SAF became dissatitsfied with Charlie T was his failure to attend even one of his arranged English lessons in nine months.
But I don't think anyone should be surprised; Tevez has made it clear that he believes that as long as he does it on the pitch he has no other obligations, to club, team-mates or manager... but to be fair, the supporters have always fallen for it so he has always gotten away with it. I think that by now even he must have realised that last night's wildcat strike was one step too far, and now only Kia loves him!

I noticed while Souness was saying how much of a disgrace Tevez is Mark Hughes kept quiet on the matter, I wonder whether the fact they both share the same agent had anything to do with it?
Communication is a pretty important part of football and it should be in the players interests to learn the language of the country he is playing in, but he hasn't because he is selfish and has no care for anyone other than himself, and to anyone who feels sorry for him not being able to see his children, Tevez chose the length of his contract, if he was so desperate to return to Argentina this year then why sign a multi million pound contract with 3 years still left on it?

Maybe language problems explain why he doesn't rate the restaurants in Manchester? Maybe he gets confused and always ends up ordering the chicken nuggets and chips from the kids' menu.
