So on 27 Feb the club took my money for this seasons matches.
I appreciate fully that we're in unprecedented times and actually i'm pretty content to let it carry over into the next season, wherever we may be.
What i'm not happy with is the lack of communication. Unless i've missed it, there's not been a lot of dialogue to explain what the clubs intentions are, around refunds, offsets, vouchers etc...... I'm not sure how much of an issue this is with other clubs?
I'd expect, as a minimum, that regular notes would appear on the club website in the news feed. Even just a note to update fans that they're still assessing things. I'm not sure anything is particularly clear in fairness, but still i'd expect some sort of acknowledgement or message to say it's not forgotten.
Anyone heard what the intentions are?

Nothing mate .... no LUTV (i got that as part of last seasons refund - which was good), but so far in nearly November i've heard nothing. Not good enough really.

Vofy think I'd be frustrated too mate - to be honest I'd be rattled.. I won't lend mates money, ever, because where money is involved it takes a sour turn for me - only analogy I can come up with because you love Leeds and them owing you cash must be a mare.
Agree with Harroagte clubs just won't know anything, but maybe the odd email re-assuring you wouldn't go a miss.. for me anyway

I'm actually sympathetic, despite having circa £500 missing from my account and seemingly nothing to show for it. Something on the website (10 min job) to provide some level of assurance it's at least being considered.

It’s really poor.
I was really angry about last seasons refund when we didn’t get what we should of.
I’m angry about the lack of communication about this seasons money.
Personally I don’t need the money. I have savings but there are people out there who have lost their jobs or being paid 3/4 salaries etc who may well need their money back to help them through these hard times.

Agree mate. I’m in a position where I’m happy to wait. Many might not be.
That’s why dialogue & communication needs to start. Let those who need get their money back.

They could certainly communicate Now that in January they will refund all games in 2020.
Then refund 2021 games In summer to those that need it
